We are Beth and Leo. As Cambia Consulting, we bring together deep expertise in reward, people strategy, organisational development, and learning and development to help businesses thrive through transformation.

Beth specialises in reward, compensation, and HR operations. She has extensive experience designing and embedding banding, benchmarking, and reward frameworks in complex, fast-paced environments — including for big four accounting firms, global media organisations, and in the legal and renewable energy sectors.

She's also led HR operations and payroll functions, and has a track record of developing DEI-focused reward strategies. Beth loves to keep things simple and deliver clear, effective solutions.

Leo specialises in organisational development, organisation design and people strategy. He has 15 years' experience across scaling businesses and global organisations, spanning telco, retail, energy, not-for-profit, insurance, technology, and manufacturing industries.

Leo brings a versatile, evidence-based approach grounded in organisational psychology. He enjoys translating business goals into practical people interventions and making sense of people data to inform better decisions.
